Ok, today is legs, but it is my switch day. No squats today, just kill the legs on the leg press is the goal. More for fat burn here.

Leg presses(feet low and close)
(warmup)...230x10,410x6
Sets....590x10,590x10,590x7

Leg presses(feet high and wide)
Sets....590x10,590x10,590x10

Leg presses(feet medium height and shoulder width)
Sets...590x10,590x10

Leg extensions supersetted with sissy squats using the smith for resistance. ON the extensions, a 30 second hold contraction on last rep. This is a burner.
Sets....90x9,95x9/15,15

Leg curls supersetted with power kickbacks
Sets....95x12,100x12/112.5x10,125x10

Abductors supersetted wit Adductors
Sets....120x15,1130x15,130x15/120x15,130x15,130x15


Calves

Seated calf raises
(warmup)45x15,90x10
Sets.....180x15,205x12,270x8

Calves off leg press(hold each last rep static contraction, then do 5 more reps. So really 25 reps on each set.
Sets...390x20,400x20

Legs were like jelly! Well deserved recovery drink today!
