Legs(quads only)
Leg presses(feet low and close together)
(warmup)....230x10,410x8
Sets...500x10,590x10,590x5(got mad at myself here),590x10,610x4
Leg presses(feet high and wide)
Sets....610x10,610x10,610x10
Leg presses(feet medium height and wide)
Sets....610x10,610x10,610x9
Legs were pretty much like jelly now, but forced myself to go a little heavier on squats anyway!
Squats
Sets...155x12,185x10,205x8
Calves
Superset toe raises off leg press with standing calf raises(reverse), no weight. On last rep of each set of calves off leg press, hold for a count of 30, and force out 5 more.
Sets....395x20+5,415x20+5,425x15+5/30/20/20
Legs were cooked and the recovery drink was very welcome!
