Leg presses(feet med. height and shoulder width)
sets....590x10,610x10,640x10
Leg presses(feet low and close together)
Sets....590x10,590x6...finished with partials to make 15, 590x4...again finished with partials to make 15 and hold
Leg presses(feet high and wide)
sets....590x10,610x10,640x10
Squats...legs were kind of like jelly now, not a matter of strength here but balance!!
Sets....135x10,185x10,225x6
Adductors
130x15
Calves
Standing calf raises using the smith machine, an aerobic step for height so I can drop my heals down below. Just count plates, not smith.
Sets....200x18,250x15,300x10,300x10
Calves off of leg press
sets...400x20 and hold last rep
Good quad workout...ready for my recovery drink. Was going to decrease by one scoop my post workout drink(MM), but decided leg day was not the day!! LOL...Will make a calorie cut tomorrow, 150 calories.
