Legs...on my own

Brian had to cancel :( oh well, a chance for me to go in and do whatever I please :)
Warm-ups not included...
I did supersets, no rest

Barbell Squats 135X123, 185X10, 205X10, 225X10, 230X8 :)
DB SLDL 60'sX12, 70'sX10, 80'sX10, 90"sX8, 90'sX8 low back a little stiff so I stayed

Leg press 270X15, 360X12, 450X12, 540X8, 560X6 that was as high as I dared push it without a spotter..
shawn squats 5 sets 15 plus pumped out 15 fast after the last set. whew!

Single leg ext 3 sets 50X12
Single seated ham curl 3 sets 50X12
That took an hour and my legs were fried :)
I will do cardio tonight :)
