I've spent the past 2 days visiting my father-in-law in ICU. He went in for what should have been reletively routine heart valve replacement, but things ended up a lot more complicated than expected. He was lucky to make it off the operating table and is still in critical but stable condition. I haven't made my workouts and eating has been irratic, not to mention the few drinks.....

Tomorrow, my hubby has encouraged me to go and do my swim in the morning, while he visits his dad. So I'm going to do my best to do that, and then go visit later in the day. We're hoping he starts to move in a more positive direction. He should have been out of ICU by now, but now it looks like he'll be there at week....if he improves.

Let's hope for a better day tomorrow....Life is short...live it healthy and enjoy it!
