This may seem low, but I am slowly working back from lower back tightening issues. Very strict form.


Pushdowns 75 x 10, 85 x 10, 85 x 10, 85 x 10
Total Load 3,300 lbs

Ball Crunches Bdy+10 x 15, Bdy+10 x 15, Bdy+10 x15

Total Workout Time 49 mins.

Next week I will be doing 5 sets of 5 while increasing the over all load.
