Lifting Day 1, Week 1

After a week of rest I am back at it. I have switched up the exercises and the set/rep scheme. Will be using 3x12, 6x3, and 4x6. Will try and be consistent with some HIIT as well. Two goals for the end of this six week cycle are to bench 300 lbs and to Dead Lift 425 lbs.

Warm Ups not listed

Flat Bench
155x12, 175x12, 185x12 (225x8)

B.O.R.
95x12, 105x12, 105x12 (135x8)

Front Squat
115x12, 115x12, 135x12 (205x6)

Hypers - skipped - did not want to push lower back

Weighted Decline Sit ups
3 sets of 12 with 25lbs

Kept things on the lighter side as I knew I would be sore after the week off. Felt great to be back in the gym.
