Lifting Day 1, Week 1

After 14 days of much needed rest I am back at it with a new routine. I am still doing 3 days of total body, but I will use 2 rep schemes instead of 3. I will alternate between 5x5 and 3x10.
Warm Ups not included:
Squat
225x5, 225x5, 245x5, 245x5, 250x5
Incline DB Bench (Weight Per Hand)
100x5, 100x5, 100x5, 105x5, 105x5
DB ROW (Weight Per Hand)
80x5, 80x5, 80x5, 85x5, 85x5
DB Lateral Raise (Weight Per Hand)
25x5, 25x5, 25x5
DB Rear Flies (Weight Per Hand)
25x5, 25x5, 25x5
Weighted Crunches on Ball
70x5, 70x5, 70x5, 80x5, 80x5
Pleased with the weights considering the layoff and it has been a while since I have done these exercises. I held back a little on the Squats to go easy on the lower back.
Received a nice compliment from one of the resident knuckleheads. He asked where I have been and I told him I had to rest my old body and he laughed and said wait until you hit 30. I said 30 - I hit 30 five years ago. He did not believe me - he thought I was around 25. Made me feel good.
