Lifting Day 1, Week 1

After a nice little break to rest and recover it was nice to get back in the gym.

This routine will last 8 weeks and be a three day routine. Day 1 Push/Pull Upper (horizontal), Day 2 Lower, Day 3 Push/Pull Upper (vertical). Will use 4 rep schemes 2x20, 3x10, 5x6, 6x3.

Flat Bench
135x20, 135x20

BOR
95x20, 95x20

DB Incline Press palms facing in (weight each hand)
50'sx20, 50'sx20

Seated Row
90x20, 90x20

Pushdowns - straight bar
60x20, 60x20

Weighted Crunches on Ball
20x20, 20x20

30 min - felt great to back in the gym
