Lets try this again. The extended rest and vacation was hard to come back from. Was back a week then got a bit lazy so I am taking a mulligan and restarting the routine.
Warm ups not included.

Felt real good tonight. Kept a few exercises on the lighter side as I ease back in. PT going slow, but well for lower back. Will do lower body on Monday.
