Lifting Day 1, Week 2

Switching from 5 Sets of 4 Reps to 4 Sets of 7 Reps. Warm Ups not included.

Squat
205x7, 225x7, 225x7, 245x7

Seated Row
150x7, 150x7, 157.5x7, 160x7

Incline DB Bench Press (weight each hand)
75'sx7, 80'sx7, 85'sx7, 95'sx7

DB Lat Raise (weight each hand)
20'sx7, 20'sx7

DB Rear Delt Fly (weight each hand)
20's x7, 20'sx7

Weighted Ball Crunches
50x7, 50x7, 60x7, 60x7

Weights were lower tonight as the lower back and legs were tired as I spent a good part of the early afternoon playing in the snow with my oldest son. I will take lower numbers everyday for this reason.

Lower back tightened up after the last set of Squats. I switched to Seated Row instead of T-Bar due to this. Back felt better by the end of the workout.
