Took 200 mg of caffeine 1.5 hours before workout - not sure how much effect it had.

Switched rep scheme from 3 sets of 9 to 6 sets of 3

Flat Bench
225x3, 250x3, 250x3, 250x3, 255x3, 255x3, (255x6)

BOR
185x3, 185x3, 185x3, 185x3, 185x3, 185x3, (135x8)

Front Squats
185x3, 185x3, 185x3, 195x3, 205x3, 205x3

Inc DB Flys - through these in at the end
65's x 8, 75's x 4, 80's x 3

Weighted Hypers
BDY+35 for 6 sets of 3

Weighted Decline Sit Ups
Bdy+35 for 4 sets of 5

Feel pretty good about the workout - good weight selection - could have gone heavier on front squats.

Met someone new tonight - He asked for a spot and the questions started flowing. He even noticed "that lifting off the ground thing" I was doing last time. It was nice to spread some knowledge.
