Lifting Day 1, Week 3

Nasty head cold kept me out of commision for a week.

Switching from 3 sets of 10 reps to 5 sets of 5 reps.
Warmups not listed

Squat
225x5, 225x5, 245x5, 245x5, 275x5

Incline DB Bench (weight each hand)
100'sx5, 100'sx5, 100'sx5, 105'sx5, 105'sx5

DB Row (weight each hand)
80'sx5, 80'sx5, 80'sx5, 85'sx5, 85'sx5

Lat Raise (weight each hand)
25'sx5, 25'sx5, 30'sx5

Real Delt Fly (weight each hand)
25'sx5, 25'sx5, 30'sx5

Weighted Crunches on Ball
70x5, 70x5, 70x5, 85x5, 85x5

Time 68 minutes - way to long but needed extra time between sets. The head cold killed my stamina but I was able to maintain my strength. I ate well and upped my fish oil during the sickeness.

Considering how I felt I am very pleased with the weights, I was able to maintain or exceed previous workout. I wanted to quit half way through the Incline DB bench but pushed through. I do not like to give up.
