Switched from 2x15 to 3x8
Warm ups not included - added Tabata at the end

Squat
225x8, 225x8, 225x8

Incline D.B. Bench (Weight Each Hand)
80'sx8, 85'sx8, 90'sx10

Seated Row
140x8, 150x8, 150x10

Hammer D.B. Curls (Weight Each Hand)
25'sx10, 30'sx8, 30'sx8

D.B. Side Delt Raise
20'sx8, 20'sx8, 20'sx10

Weighted Crunches on Ball
3sets of 8 with 75lbs

Some light stretching

Tabata - Front Squats
95lbs - 8 sets, 20 seconds per set, 10 seconds of rest between sets.
My reps were 10,10,8,8,8,6,8,8 - lost focus on the 6th set. May lower weight next time to get more reps - but this was short and intense - kicked my tail pretty good. Walked on the treadmill after and only got 3 mins and decided to bail.
