Was to switch from 5 sets of 5 reps to 3 sets of 10 reps but decided to mix it up and go with low reps tonight.

DB Row (Weight Each Hand)

DB Lat Raise (Weight Each Hand)

Rear DB Flies (Weight Each Hand)

Weighted Crunches on Ball

*315x1 squat - form was not the best but not to bad.
**120x3 Inc DB Press felt good. 120's are the highest that the DB's go in my gym. I think I had a little more in me.
Felt real good tonight.
