Lifting Day 1, Week 5

Decided to completely mix things up and go with light weights and high reps. Changed out a few exercises as well. Warm ups not included.

Flat Bench
135x25, 135x20

Seated Row
90x25, 90x20

Leg Press
250x25, 250x20

DB Lat Raise
10'sx25, 10'sx20

DB Rear Fly
10'sx25, 10'sx20

Weighted Crunches on ball
30x25, 30x20

This one kicked my @$$. The body is not used to high reps and the muscles were screaming.
