D.B. Incline Bench (Palms In, Weight Each Hand)

Seated Row 155x5, 165x5, 165x5, 165x5, 170x5

PushDowns (Straight Bar) 100x5, 105x5, 105x5, 105x5, 105x5

Weighted Crunches on Ball 5 sets of 5 reps w/ 75lbs

Felt much better tonight, the focus was back.
