Lifting Day 1, Week 7

Been out of the gym for 10 days doing my P.T. for my lower lumbar strain and taking it easy. Felt the itch to get back in so this week will be 2 days of upper then off again for vacation. When I come back I think I will stick to 3 days of lifting, but instead of total body go :
Push/Pull Horizontal, Lower, Push/Pull Vertical. This should help with the lower back strain. Tonight was just a quick upper workout. Warm ups not included.

Flat Bench
185x10, 205x10, 225x8, (185x10 135x10)superset

Seated Row
105x12, 120x10, 135x10, (135x10 105x10)superset

Push Downs
70x12, 85x10

DB Curls
30'sx12, 35'sx10
