Military Press 95 x 15, 95 x 15, 100 x 15
Total Load 4,350 lbs

Chin Ups Bdy Wght X 6 then 9 Negs, Bdy Wght x 5 then 10 assisted with -70, Bdy Wght x 5 then 10 assisted with -70

RDL w/Shrug - 95 x 15, 115 x 15, 115 x 15
Back really tightened up again. Not sure what is going on.
Total Load 4,875 lbs

Sitting Calf Raises - 3 sets of 15

Hypers 1 set of 15 - lower back could not handle any more

Work Out Time 40 min


Still can not figure out my lower back. Tightenes up and hurts like hell. Quickly recovers post work out with no side effects the following days. Does not appear to be injured because I feel great afterward and the following days. Not sure if I should continue to work through it or lay off all exercises that work the lower back.

Next week when I do these exercises again I will do 4 sets of 10 and try to increase the overall load lifted.
