Lifting Day 2, Week 1

Tonight was legs. Not thrilled with the exercise selection, but I need to make sure not to aggrevate the lower back. PT is going well for the disc tear/muscle strain and I am trying hard not to be stubborn.
So this is how it went down. Warm Ups not included.
Front Squat
155x5, 155x5, 155x5, 185x5, 185x5
Bar Lunge
135x5, 135x5, 135x5, 135x5, 135x5
Hack Squat on Sled
135X5, 135x5, 135x5
Leg Curls
85x5, 85x5, 85x5, 100x5, 100x5
No issues with the lower back so I guess it was a success. Could have gone heavier on the Front Squats and Lunges, but again did not want to do something stupid so I am leaving my ego at the door.
