Lifting Day 2, Week 2

Last week I did these exercises at 6 sets of 3 reps. Today they were switched to 5 sets of 6 (except DL)

DeadLift
185x6, 185x6, 205x6, 315x1, 365x1, 385x1, 225x6
Total Load 5,865 lbs

Close Grip Bench
135x6, 155x6, 175x6, 185x6, 205x6
Total Load 5,130 lbs

Bar Curls
65x6, 65x6, 75x6, 75x6, 85x6
Total Load 2,190 lbs

Seated Calf Raises
5 sets of 6

I did not make it to the gym until 10PM so I was not sure what to expect. My energy level was very high and I was very focused. A new friend has been helping me with visuals and it carried over to lifting very well. My concentration has not been better, my mind did not wonder. I was able to visualize the lifts a lot better. It paid off with the 385 DL. Mutt I am gunning for you!!
