Thursdays Workout
Switched from 6 Sets of 3 Reps to 3 Sets of 12 Reps. Except DL

Warm Ups not included.

Dead Lift
315x1, 365x1, 405x1, 365x1, 315x1, 315x8

Close Grip Bench Press
135x12, 155x12, 155x12

Straight Bar Curls
65x12, 65x12, 65x12

Seated Calf Raises
40x12, 40x12, 40x12

Switching it up to the 12 reps was tough. Very good workout. Work out took too long - to much talking and spotting.
