Lifting Day 2, Week 3

I was not going to post this because it does not qualify as a workout. I am not sure why but I felt weak tonight. I had a feeling even before I left for the gym as I was just not feeling right. But my stubborn New York attitude told me to go anyway.

Deadlift
185x3, 205x2, 225x1, 275x1, 295x1, 315x1, 365x1, 365x1

Did two warm up sets of close grip bench and called it quits.

Weights that I normally warm up with felt heavy tonight.
I also forgot my chalk and that did not help. I can not believe how much I missed it - especially on the DL. I have had some strong workout of late so I will just forget about this and move on. I had a nice conversation with a friend on the phone after my workout so that cheered me right up.
