Switching from 5 sets of 4 reps to 4 sets of 7 reps. Warm ups not included.

Standing Bar Calves (smith machine)
135x7, 185x7, 195x7, 205x7

Workout Time 48 minutes.


Struggled a little on the last couple reps on the Military Press, but I was able to complete the 7 reps (barely). Felt pretty good tonight.
