*** Replaced Lat Pulldowns for Chins - can not do sets of 15 yet.

Light Stretching

4 sets of 8 reps, 60 seconds rest between sets w/ 75lbs bar
BOR, UprightRow, Push Press, Lunges, Squat, Knuckle Pushups

10mins light walking on treadmill.
