Was to switch from 3 sets of 10 reps to 5 sets of 5 reps, but decided again to go with low reps. Warm ups not included.

Sumo Dead Lift
225x1, 245x1, 275x1, 295x1, 305x1, 315x1, 365x1(Regular DL)

Weighted Dips
Bdy+45x5, Bdy+70x5, Bdy+90X5, Bdy+115x2, Bdy+135x1,
Bdy+145x1, Bdy+145x1, Bdy+95x5

Shrugs
225x10, 275x5, 295x3, 315x1, 335x1, 355x1, 315x5

Inc DB Flies (Weight Each Hand)
60'sx10, 65'sx8, 70'sx5, 60'sx8

Felt good again tonight. Mutt I do not know how the heck you shrug so much - you are a shrugging machine.
