Close Grip Bench

Bar Curls
95x3, 100x3, 100x3, 105x3, 105x3, 105x3

Seated Calf Raises
6 sets of 3 with 70 lbs

Felt awesome tonight - have not felt this good in a long time. I did not think I would get to 405 on the DL so fast with the lower back acting up, but I felt good tonight. Mutt it is on brother !!!!
