Lifting Day 2, Week5

With the exception of DL I am switching from a rep & set scheme of 6 sets of 3 reps to 5 sets of 6 reps.

Dead Lift
185x6, 225x3, 275x2, 315x1, 365x1, 410x1, 225x8

Close Grip Bench
185x6, 185x6, 185x6, 205x6, 205x6

Bar Curls
75x6, 75x6, 75x6, 85x6, 85x6

Seated Calf Raises
5 sets of 6

Work Out Time 65 mins

I did not think I was going to DL tonight after strapping a rope around my waist and pulling the boys in a sled this afternoon in the new snow. The 410 was a nice surprise. If it were not for the lower back I would have tried one more set at 425, but that can wait. Another great day in and out of the gym.
