Weighted Dips - Body Weight + Plates
185+45 x 5, 185+80 x 5, 185+80 x 5, 185+80 x 5, 185+80 x 5
Total Load Lifted 6,450 lbs

Incline DB Curls
25's x 5, 30's x 5, 35's x 5, 35's x 5, 40's x 5
Total Load Lifted 1650 lbs (825 lbs each arm)

Lunges - Skipped - recovering from lower pack stiffness/pain. Did not want to push it

DBStepUps 60's x 5, 60's x 5, 60's x 5, 60's x 5, 60's x 5
Total Load Lifted 3,000 lbs (1,500 lbs each leg)

Reverse Crunches 3 x 15, 3 x 15, 3 x 15

Through in a set of Hypers to see how the back would feel.
1 x 10 - felt good

Felt week today. 2 factors for this. One I already mentioned the early morning work out session. Usually I work out at night. The other factor preceeded my trip to the gym. My wife and I are trying for # 3 and we had an early morning session. Then I went straight to the gym.
