Step Ups with Bar on Back (18" Step)

Incline DB Curls (weight each hand)

Finished w/ 1 set of Explosive Dips, 25 reps w/ Body Weight
I had my gym sweat on tonight.
Weighted Dips are one of my favorite exercises. Current Goal is Body Weight x 180 (4 plates). I thought I was going to lose my dinner on the last set of step ups. I had my eye on the garbage can, but with the bar on my back I would have had no chance of making it. Good thing I kept it down. This finishes up week one after a weeks rest. 3 great workouts. I will mix up the set & rep scheme next week.
