Weighted Pull Ups

Bar Lunges

SLDL

Kept light - did not want to aggrevate lower back
Weighted Crunches
2 sets with 45lbs DB x 6, 2 sets with 60lbs DB x6
The numbers suffered as I could not stayed focused and I was still feeling the effects from the DL in the previous workout.
Was inspired by an older gentleman who was at the gym. He must have been in his 70's and he was at there at 10PM lifting. I hope I am awake at 10PM when I am his age.
