Going with 5 sets of 5 reps. Warm ups not included.

DB Seated Shoulder Press (Weight Each Hand)
80'sx5, 80'sx5, 80'sx5, 85'sx5, 85'sx5

Weighted Chin Ups
Bdyx5, Bdyx5, Bdy+25x5, Bdy+25x5, Bdy+25x5

Step Ups
One Warm ups Set ****

Incline DB Curls (Weight Each Hand)
35'sx5, 35'sx5, 35'sx5, 40'sx5, 40'sx5

Tricep Push Downs
100x5, 100x5, 100x5, 105x5, 105x5

Rev Crunches - Skipped


Workout time 54 min.

**** Tried one warm up on the step ups and I felt the knee give a little so I decided to hold off. Almost went with it, but I heard a little voice tell me to knock it off.
Tried 90's on the last set of DB Should Press but could not get them up so I went with 85's. Still feel a little weak, but it is coming back. Over all not to bad.
