Switching from 4 Sets of 7 Reps to 3 Sets of 10 Reps. Warmups not included.
Weighted Dips

Weighted Crunches

Still not 100%, but I had a strong revelation on the way to the gym and it gave me some added strength. I pray my feeling is correct. I made a lady nervous with my negatives on the Dip. She told me she would not look and that she could not help me if the weight pulled me to the floor. I admit I almost lost it on the second negative, but something kept me up. The step ups are torture and not a bad form of cardio as well. A much better lifting day than Friday.
