Lifting Day 3, Week 2

Switching from 5 sets of 5 reps to 3 sets of 10 reps.
Warm ups not included.
Wide Grip Chins
3 sets of 10 reps with just body weight (190lbs)
DB Shoulder Press (Weight Each Hand)
70'sx10, 70'sx10, 75'sx10
Step Ups
Skipped - see ***
Incline DB Curls (Weight Each Hand)
30'sx10, 30'sx10, 30'sx10
Push Downs - Straight Bar
85x10, 85x10, 85x10
Reverse Crunch
3 sets of 15 reps
*** Knee is feeling almost 100%, did not want to push it with Step Ups. I did Squat and DL this week. Will add the Step Ups back in next week. Workout went well.
Will try and clean up the diet and shed a little weight. Initial goal 5-7 lbs. Currently at 190 lbs.
