3 sets of 8 with 40lbs
Complexes
Did 4 sets of 8 reps of the following set with 65lbs bar:
Lunges were 4 per leg
BOR, Upright Row, Military Press, GM, Lunges, Squat.
Then 15 mins on the treadmill at 3 MPH at 5% incline.
Total workout 78 mins.
