Switched from 4 sets of 6 reps to 6 sets of 3 reps. Warm ups not included.

Weighted Crunches with D.B.

****** stopped SLDL after 3 sets as lower back started to tighten up. May look to replace these with another exercise.
Felt great during the workout. Felt stronger as the weights increased, especially on the Push Press and Pull Ups. Compliment on the Pull Ups felt good.
