Switching from 3 sets of 10 reps to 5 sets of 5 reps.
Warm ups not included
Weighted Chins

DB Shoulder Press (weight each hand)
80'sx5, 80'sx5, 85'sx5, 85'sx5, 85'sx5
Incline DB Curls (weight each hand)
35'sx5, 35'sx5, 40'sx5, 40'sx5, 40'sx5
Push Downs
100x5, 100x5, 105x5, 105x5, 105x5
Skipped step ups to take it easy on the lower back.
Finally went to the doctor to have my back checked out. They said it was very tight and gave me some muscle relaxers, told me to take advil and will send me to an orthopedic for tests.
