Lifting Day 3, Week 4

Changing up the set & rep scheme from 5 sets of 6 reps to 3 sets of 9 reps.

Push Press
140x9, 140x9, 145x9 - Very slow controlled negative.

Pull Ups
BodyWeight x 10, BodyWeight x 10, BodyWeight x 10

Bar Lunges
115x9, 115x9, 115x9

Leg Curls
85x9, 100x9, 115x9

Weighted Crunches
3 sets of 9 with 25lbs

Good thing this was a light day because I felt weak today. I got the weights I wanted, but did not have a lot of energy. The complete opposite from the other day.
