Switching from 3x10 to 5x5
Warm ups not included.
After 5 strong weeks on this rotation this one was tough to get through.
Military Press

Weighted Pull Ups - Underhand Grip
Bdy+25x5, Bdy+25x5, Bdy+25x5, Bdy+70x3 Negs, Bdy+70x3 Negs
Weighted Dips
3 warm ups sets, had some shoulder pain so I shut it down.
Lat Pull Downs
140x5, 140x5, 145x5, 145x5, 145x5
Incline D.B. Curls (Weight Each Hand)
35'sx5, 35'sx5, 35'sx5, 35'sx5, 35'sx5
Weighted Crunches
5 sets of 5 w/ 65lbs
Through in the higher weight negatives on the pull ups tonight as I have been stuck at Body Weight+25lbs.
I think the 10PM start time did me in. I was a little sluggish, but I made it through.
