Switching rep and set scheme from 5 sets of 6 reps to
3 sets of 9 reps.

Flat Bench
210x9, 210x9, 210x9

Bent Over Row
115x9, 115x9, 115x9

Front Squat
155x9, 155x9, 155x9

Incline DB Flies - just through these in for tonight
75's x 9, 80's x 5, 85's x 5

Weighted Hypers
Skipped them to give the lower back a rest

Decline sit ups
3 sets of 12 with 25lbs

Compensated for the lack of energy with longer rest periods. I need to get more sleep.
