Light chest

Woke up in pain, all my joints and muscle hurt...probably hormonal. decided to do a light workout just to get blood into the muscles and ease the stoiffness. didn't work calves because they are screaming from the HIIT on the stairs saturday, lol.

incline push-ups 2 sets 15, one rest pause set 12/10/8
incline db press 2 sets 25'sX15, dropset 25'sX15 15'sX15 10'sX15

flat db pres on swiss ball 25'sx15, 30'sx12 dropset 30'sX12 20'sX12 15'sX12
incline db flye 2 sets 15'sX15 dropset 15'sX15 12'sX15 8'sX15
will do cardio later.
