Lightest Leg Day Ever :)

So, I am really proud of myself for not letting my ego dictate the weight and just going in and kind of 'checking out' what my knee would allow. It was very light and not bad feeling :) Next time I will incraese the workload a little and see how it goes, but at least I can do some legwork :clapping:

Warm-up treadmill - slow, If I try to go faster than 3.8 the knee complains..hmm

Single leg leg extensions (I alternated sides without really stopping for 3 sets per side) 20#X12

Single leg leg curls (same as above, no rest between legs/sets 3 sets per leg) 20#X12

Single leg leg press 3 sets per side, alternating, a little rest necessary
90#X12

Standing calf raises 90X15, 110X12X2

Seated calf raises 70X12X3

Abductor & Adductor machines 3 sets each, alternating, 50#X12

DB deadlifts 20'sx12, 49'sX12X2

Stretched out :) My legs feel good, even a little worked and the knee is not complaining :)
