Little bit of everything

Today I woke up and did some ball exercises after my morning cup of coffee.  I felt SOOOOOOOOO ill afterward.  I think it was low blood sugar.  After I ate some food and started feeling better I decided to get over my self conscious dumb self and did a 45 minute beginner yoga class on demand.  It was covering strength and balance.  Finally after a little while I went for a decent mile run.  My abs were really feeling the workouts from before so I decided not to push it and keep it at a 10:30 mile.  Tomorrow I'll see how I feel and take it from there.
