Little Sore, But Feel Amazing!

So, I had to make a quick cardio workout this morning. So, I hopped on the elliptical trainer for 25 minutes. Then tonight I did my weight training program. I feel a little sore, but not overly so. I'm very excited about starting to exercise consistently again.
