Log for February 25
Had an awesome workout.... did 40 minutes of good cario in the am and then an awesome leg workout in the afternoon. Feel great!!
Haven't written in awhile, hard to find time, but like to log workouts on here.
Leg press...
feet low close together 25 lbs each side 15; 45 lbs each side 12, 45 lbs each side 12
feet high shoulder width: 2 sets of 45 lbs each side/10 and 55 lbs each side 8
feet medium high and toes out: 90 lbs each side/10 12 reps
Squats:
25 lbs each side/12
35 lbs each side/12
45 lbs each side/10
Deadlifts
10 lbs each side/10
25 lbs each side/8 3 sets
Leg extensions
80 lbs/12
90/lbs 12
drop set 110 lbs/6, 80 lbs/5, 60 lbs 4
Bent over leg curls
30 lbs/10 each leg
25 lbs/ 10 each leg 2 sets
