Long workout

I've just started a 3-day per week routine on 7 January 2016.  It's a long workout, but it's manageable.  In truth, I'm limiting it to 1 hour and ensuring I'm working each body part on the routine.  I could, I suppose, beat myself up about skipping parts of the workout or limiting it to 1 hour, but why?  I'm keeping myself healthy - there's no reason to be one's own worst enemy here.  Besides: keeping a positive attitude about this makes me look forward to the next session...which is probably more important than finishing the overall routine.
