Losing weight

Hi, I am 16 and want to lose weight. I have struggled with weight issues since second grade when I got sick. I HATE how I look and have very bad self - esteem issues because of it. I am 5'5 and now 195 as of yesterday. I don't look like it at all ,but want to get to the 140 - 160 range again. Please help!

    Hey! The most important step is to change your mind You have to learn to love and respect yourself I have hashmoto too and i was always overweight when i had your age, mostly because of bad habits, never because of my thyreoid.(in my case) Exercices are excelent to help your metabolism and to make your skin prepared to lose the excess weight But you have to focus on diet too.. avoid restrict and crazy diets.. just go too a nutricionist specialist and eat healthy.. it’s important to mantain a long term goal.. quickly crazy diets will only lead you to fail I hope it helped a little bit Good lucky 😘

    I say the best way to lose weight is running long distance and putting in mileage weekly. It doesn't have to be fast, run at your own pace. Let's say you can't do a mile, alright that's fine run half a mile and increase the distance by another half a mile when you run again. I hope that this may help you!
