Lost 10 pounds, but need to lose more.

At the start of my summer vacation, i had a goal, which was to lose weight, and i did. I lost 10 pounds and a little over a few weeks. I ate better and i excercised for a big chunck of my day. I was so proud of myself that i stopped excercising everyday and let it slip for every other day. And i let myself have a little bit more treats too. I havent gained any weight back, but im at a stand still. I play softball and i love the sport to death, but practices are really hard to keep up with. Im not in shape like the other girls, im a pitcher, but im not fast around the bases or anything, so that lowers my confidence. I have big legs that i absolutley hate to death! Please, someone, i just need some mativation and  strict schedule. Like dieting and excercise schedules. Right now, im at 175, my main goal is to get down below 150. That would make me the happiest person in the world. I'll keep on Flogging about my progress, someone just needs to share with me there success and hwo they did it. I hate going to stores and needing a bigger size in pants than they normally carry. Im a size 9 in pants and its embarrasing. PLEASE PEOPLE! :( I really want to be fit, i want to feel confident in a dress, and shorts, and pants, and leggings and all that good stuff.

    Change your attitude first. Then start again only this time do it slowly and build on it. It is so hard once you have lost some weight to continue on. You can do it and don't forget to reward yourself at least once a week.
