Lost weight

I jumped on the scale and found that I have lost 3 lbs. I'm pretty sure it's 3 lbs of fat.
I guess my diet is working after all. It's nice to see a result. It makes me want to workout harder.
I am not doing any of the suggested exercise here, because I just don't have the ambition for it,
but I have started walking daily.  I'm up to walking 5 miles daily
with a friend.
I've replaced one of my meals for a salad and when I go out to eat I get a flat bread subway sandwich instead.
I know the bacon and mayonnaise is not a good choice but I can't resist it's wonderful taste.
