Lots of energy .. feeling strong...

Started with a preworkout protein/coffee/banana shake. Vanilla protein, 2 cups cold coffee, ice and about 1/3 banana. Yum! I drank it before and during workout. Gave me plenty of energy. Usually I need my cup of coffee after workout even if I've already had some, but not today and I'm feeling great. When I get in to work I have my oatmeal and eggs. Today I added a little ham and a big handful of spinach to my eggs.
Warmup:
Pushups: 4 sets, 2 regular x10, 2 inclined on ball: 10,8 (I just started with these ball pushups...they are tough. I collapsed at 8 on the second set).
Light assisted dips: 10x-80, 10x-90, 2 sets seemed like a good warmup to me.
Incline DB press: 12x25,10x30,8x30 (finally getting stronger on these--I may be done with the 25's; it has taken forever!)
Flat BB Bench Press: 12x65,10x75,8x80
Cable crossovers: 12x35,10x40,8x45 (whoops, this was supposed to be 3 sets of 12--we were in that 12,10,8 rhythm).
Single leg standing calf raises: 15x25,12x25,12x25 per leg
Seated calf raises: 15x70,12x70,12x70
Was hoping we'd have time for cardio because I'm probably not going to be able to get in this afternoon because I left my ID at home. In the morning, they know me well enough I can get away with it, but they are sticklers in the afternoon. I got in about 5 mins. of stretching anyway.
